This is a perfect de-stressing hands on treatment on core areas which hold a large portion of your daily stress and anxiety. Our taster session is a quick pick you up and is perfect for all those who struggle to find time to themselves!

 

Reiki

 

Reiki is an ancient healing technique that uses chi energy to heal our body. Reiki can assist to balance, energise, increase our motivation and energy levels and reduce stress and anxiety. It is a perfect natural alternative which assists to balance your emotions and helps to calm the mind.

 

To secure your group booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is payable.

 

Readings - Group Parties

 

For parties of 5 or more people, you can have a shorter reading (past, present and future) for the cost of £10 per person.

 

This is perfect for a girls night in or can be incorporated as a pamper night with the massage therapy.

 

Why not have a reading and a 20 min Hot Stone Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage for £20 per person.

 

A full reading lasts 50-60 minutes (£30)
