What is an Ancient Tibetan Hot Stone Massage?

This is a cellular healing therapy that is a rejuvenation and re-generation of healthy new cells. This ancient massage treatment is done on a 21 day cycle by the Tibetan monks and was first introduced by the Dalai Lama.

The treatment is a combination of Reiki Healing, Cellular Massage and unplugging of the Chakras to encourage the positive growth of new cells into the body.

A full body massage includes the balancing of acupressure points, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and setting meridians.

This is available as a half or full (front or back) treatment - the Massage is completed within a combination of 3, 7 & 21 strokes.

The traditional Hot Stone Ancient Tibetan is suitable from 12 weeks after your delivery.  This treatment costs £40 and lasts 50/60 minutes.
