Survival of the fittest!

Well I don’t know about you but this was a very long summer!
Guess what, the new beautiful healing room is completed! It’s seems to be a hit with all the clients coming in. Come and see for yourself!
Whilst I am looking forward to dropping the girls off to school tomorrow (and driving away quicker than a rally driver), I must admit it’s another reminder that time goes quickly by.

Well I don’t know about you but the time is already flying by…..
The lovely June has approached and I for one am enjoying each and every single day of this fabulous month.

Our Online shop is now available. The aim is for you to be able to purchase some essentials, such as incense, through to beautiful pieces designed specfically to work with the 7 major chakras.
At present, the first piece to be launched is the Rose Quartz pendant which has the crystal on both sides to allow the stone to touch your skin sending beautiful healing love direct to the heart chakra.
We are currently in the design stage with a designer who will be supplying more pieces for the online shop.
A new person is joining the team, Jo, a fellow Reiki master who has had lots of experience working with different energy techniques in several countries. A special introduction email with an exclusive picture of Jo will be sent in the next 2 weeks.

Spring is definitely in the air!
The recent sunshine has been celebrated like the return of a long lost friend and we look forward to warmer sunnier days ahead.
Focus is turning to our gardens, out with the old, in with the new! Surrounding ourselves with fresh, bright colours is a perfect way to balance our mind and create a peaceful living space. Surround yourself with the beautiful yellow of abundance, stillness of the mind and to encourage positive change. “All is well in my world now”.
